How we charge
A fiduciary is bound to act in someone else’s interest ahead of their own. That is not a line we put on the website — it is the thing that decides how we charge.
Most management arrangements pay the same whether the property does better or worse than it did before. We offer an alternative: you keep everything you were already earning, and we are paid only on the difference we create above it.
If we do not outperform what you were earning on your own, we do not earn on the difference. That is the entire point.

We agree your historical revenue baseline before we start. You keep it in full. We are paid only on what we add on top of it.
Both models are quoted plainly before you commit. Your baseline is agreed in writing at the outset, from your own historical figures — not estimated by us after the fact.

Cyprus
In mature short-term rental markets, revenue management is a standard professional function. Owners expect their rates to move with demand, their stay rules to change by season, and their listing to be maintained against the platforms’ ranking factors.
In Cyprus that function is still largely absent. Most listings are priced once and adjusted rarely. The gap between a managed listing and an unmanaged one is not small, and it compounds across a season.
